There is a famous song , Ek din bik jayega Maati ke mol jug me reh jayenge pyare tere bol..was filmed on his father Raj Kapoor film Dharam Karam .. and his another song Kal khel me hum hon na ho gardis me tare rahenge sada …film Mera Nam Joker where Rishi kapoor acted as a child artist role of his father.
It is very difficut to reveal Rishi Kapoors inimitable candour…
During his time of diagnosis and his treatment he never lamented his condition.. It was always See you soon, it was just like a routine check up to the hospital.I will be back shortly, as he was used to speak like this .But unfortunately today it proved wrong. I felt that it was not a reel life but it happened in the real world .
Today I tried to remember his most famous dialogue of his movie and it was as , Let me sit in Gods house and drink alcohol….or else show me a place where God doesnot exist.Film Fanaa ..

He had always craved meatier roles.. a love for the craft. Rishi Kapoor was a third..generation actor from Raj Kapoor clan who was eased into Bollywood, was an actor open about his failures, frustrations and shortcomings ,even documented them in his book (memoir) "Kullam Khulla" .

Before I conclude my writing I should also write about his effortless performance. I can say that he was a effortless performer.Be it his Charm and charisma romancing his leading actresses at scenic locations in films such as Bobby, Karz , Doosra Aadmi, Kabhi Kabhi, Bol Radha Bol and Chandni or his effortless chemistry with fellow veteran actor, Big B Amitabh Bachchan in films such as Amar Akbar Anthony , Naseeb, Kuli, and most recently 102' Not Out. His contribution to the Film industry have been nothing short of Legendary.
